Indianapolis Ranks #1 Best City for College Grads
On June 1, 2013 the Indianapolis Star announced that Indianapolis is now "the No.1 spot in a new ranking of the best cities for college grads." The Star quoted information from CreditDonkey, a credit card comparison website which used data from the Bureau of Labor Statistic, US Census Bureau and Council for Community and Economic Research to determine t he rankings. The study looked at the 50 largest US cities and factored in just three things: unemployment rate for college grads, cost of living and a bachelor's degree wage premium.
